Today was a lot of fun. We spent a great deal of time at a school unlike any I've ever seen. There are no set classes and children are seemingly running around without rules. Then we went to a place that seemed like hippie heaven. They offered Indian culture classes including martial arts, woodcarving and kathakali (a form of dance). In fact, this picture is of me pretending to be a kathakali dancer. They use their hands, eyes and facial gestures to convey meaning. My face here says, "this thing is heavy and I feel silly." I am sad that tomorrow I have to leave another host family, especially my friend, Traicy.

Interesting way to describe a school Ms. Dion, since most of the ones you've described in your blog so far seems so formal.

P.s. Nice picture
